We want you to be happy at MaxFull, even if the hair extensions don't work for you. Everyone has different hair types and color. While we’d love to say our hair extensions will work for 100% of the people that buy them, we know that’s simply not the case.

Don’t worry; if you aren’t completely satisfied with our products, we’ll take care of you. If the color doesn't match, we’ll find you a color that does, and if we can’t, we’ll make you whole.

We offer full refunds up to 45 days from the date of purchase on all hair extensions that have not been worn.(more details)

USA & CANADA FREE SHIPPING
Our goal is to ship any order out by 12:00 PM CST the same day. The average shipping time is 2-4 days but varies based on your location (we ship from Dallas, TX). Shipping time-frames are not guaranteed and provide a rough estimate for when you will receive your products.

INTERNATIONAL FREE SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our warehouse in Asia. All customs and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. The average shipping time is 4-7 days.
